Community Living Guide
Clean, Comfortable Apartment Living
At Laredo Town Apartments, we want every resident to enjoy a clean, comfortable, and respectful place to live. Apartment living works best when neighbors are considerate, shared areas are kept clean, and residents follow the basic community expectations for their specific property
Residents, occupants, and guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors, keep noise to a reasonable level, dispose of trash properly, and avoid blocking walkways, stairs, gates, parking areas, dumpsters, mail areas, or emergency access. Patios, balconies, porches, breezeways, and areas outside apartment doors should be kept clean, safe, and uncluttered.
Because each community has a different layout, certain items—such as potted plants, outdoor décor, parking passes, assigned parking, grilling areas, and exterior storage—may vary by property. Please contact your on-site manager or leasing office if you have questions about what is allowed at your community.
Parking, Outdoor Areas & Community Amenities
Parking rules vary by community and may include assigned parking, visitor parking, covered parking, parking passes, decals, or posted towing rules. Residents and guests should park only in approved areas and follow all posted signs and community-specific parking instructions. If your community uses parking passes, please see the on-site manager or leasing office for details on how they are issued, displayed, replaced, and used.
To protect the property and keep shared areas safe, vehicles may not block access areas, and inoperable vehicles, expired tags, leaking vehicles, vehicle repairs, oil changes, or long-term vehicle storage are not permitted unless approved by management.
Shared amenities, including grilling areas, dog parks, playgrounds, fitness equipment, and outdoor seating areas, should be used responsibly and left clean for the next resident. Personal grills, smokers, and similar cooking equipment may not be used or stored on patios, balconies, breezeways, stairs, walkways, or directly outside apartments unless management specifically approves it in writing. Residents should follow all posted amenity rules and supervise children at all times.
Apartment Care, Pets & Exterior Appearance
Residents should help maintain a clean and consistent community appearance. Proper blinds, curtains, or residential window coverings should be used, and foil, cardboard, sheets, blankets, signs, or other temporary coverings should not be placed in windows. Holiday decorations are welcome when safe, temporary, and respectful, but they should not damage the property, block access, create hazards, or remain up more than 7 days after the holiday. Christmas and New Year’s decorations should be removed by January 7 unless management provides different instructions.
Exterior Equipment
Residents may not install cameras, video doorbells, smart locks, satellite dishes, antennas, TV antennas, or other exterior equipment without prior written approval. These items may not be drilled, bolted, anchored, wired, or attached to the building unless specifically approved and allowed by the lease or applicable addendum.
Maintenance Concerns?
Please report maintenance concerns promptly through the
resident portal or leasing office, including leaks, A/C or heating issues, plumbing problems, electrical concerns, pest concerns, broken locks, moisture, or safety issues. To help prevent plumbing backups, only toilet paper and human waste should be flushed. Wipes, paper towels, feminine products, diapers, grease, food, and similar items should never be flushed or placed down drains.
Have a pet?
Laredo Town Apartments is pet-friendly at select communities and for approved pets, subject to the lease, pet addendum, and pet policies. Residents with pets should keep pets under control, clean up pet waste promptly, prevent excessive noise, and follow all leash, dog park, and community-specific pet rules. For full details, please visit our Pet Policy page.
Questions?
Your lease, signed addenda, posted notices, and community-specific policies remain the controlling documents. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, please contact the leasing office before making changes, placing items outside, installing equipment, hosting a gathering, or using a shared area in a way that may affect neighbors.
Thank you for helping keep Laredo Town Apartments clean, safe, respectful, and enjoyable.
