I love the Town Oak apartments. I’ve lived there for about 4 years now. The office staff is always willing and ready to help. The complex itself is older but the maintenance crew is always ready to help. The fumigation is always every 3-4 months and it’s one of the few apartment complexes in the north side of town that has a laundromat within the complex. It’s such a chill place to live and the price for the location is amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment.

I just wanted to say, the AC in APT 18 has been fixed. So far working good. The lady named Esmer called on a Sunday and sent someone over to check, and the next day it took some time but it got working. She has been good since I arrived and very helpful.
