How to Apply for an Apartment at Laredo Town Apartments
Applying is quick, secure, and can usually be completed online in about 10–15 minutes. Each adult (18 years or older) who will live in the apartment must complete a separate application.
We encourage prospective residents to tour the apartment before applying. If you’re relocating to Laredo or can’t visit in person, review our floor plans, photos, and video walkthroughs to help you choose the apartment that’s right for you.
Application Fee: $40 non-refundable per adult applicant.
Before You Apply
To help complete your application, please have the following available:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income and employer information
- Current and previous rental history
- Social Security Number or ITIN (if applicable)
- Desired move-in date
- Information for all occupants
- Vehicle and pet information (if applicable)
- Emergency contact and one personal reference
Self-employed applicants are welcome. If traditional paycheck stubs aren’t available, alternative documentation such as tax returns, bank statements, 1099s, or profit and loss statements may be accepted. Paper applications are also available upon request
What Happens Next?
Completed applications are reviewed promptly after all required information has been received. Processing times may vary depending on employment verification, rental history, and screening results.
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the remaining steps, including lease signing, security deposit and move-in costs, utility setup, and scheduling your move-in.
